First, group sprockets should be fully engaged, which is very important. Only if it is fully engaged, it will not increase the wear rate of sprockets.


Second, the tightness of the sprocket should be moderate. Too loose or too tight will increase its consumption.



After buying this sprocket, we should not only use it, but also pay attention to the maintenance and care. Only after it is well maintained, it can be used for a long time. When the sprocket is used, we should often pour some lubricating oil on it, which not only plays a protective role, but also makes it easier to bite between the sprockets, reduces the wear rate and extends its service life.




The looseness of the chain should be well run in with the sprocket. If it is too loose, it is easy to cause chain disconnection or wear. If it is too tight, it will affect the power consumption. There are relevant standards for the tightness. Lift or press down from the middle of the chain, and the center distance between the two sprockets is about 2%.




If the chain is too long, one or two links should be removed to make it suitable, but the number of links must be even. The links should pass through the back of the chain, the locking plate should be inserted outside, and the opening of the locking plate should face the opposite direction of rotation.




When the sprocket or chain is seriously worn, replace the complete set of sprocket or chain. Buy the supporting products as soon as you buy them. Don't just replace the chain or chain sprocket, because it's easy that it doesn't break, so replace the supporting products, otherwise it will cause poor meshing and accelerate the wear of the new chain or new sprocket. When the tooth surface of the sprocket is worn to a certain extent, it should be turned over in time to prolong the service time.




The old chain cannot be mixed with some new chains, otherwise it is easy to produce impact in the transmission and break the chain.




The chain should be lubricated in time during operation. Lubricating oil must enter the fit gap between the roller and the inner sleeve to improve working conditions and reduce wear.
