Installation steps:
1、 Embedded cable
A: All in one machine: 2-core wire * above square.
B: Split machine: 6-core wire * more than 1.0 square meters; Note: there shall be no interface in the middle, and waterproof treatment must be done well.
2、 Motor fixing bracket
Determine the height and clearance between the door opener and the door (if it cannot be determined, install the rack first)
A. make cement floor. After the ground is dry, expand and fix it on the installation metal plate, or embed it in the foundation first; Recommended foundation size: length 350mm * width 300mm * depth 350mm.
B use angle iron, square steel, iron plate and other fixed supports. Note: the screws for fixing the motor shall be longer as far as possible to facilitate the adjustment of the height of the motor.
3、 Motor fixing bracket
Ensure that the rack and gear engage correctly and leave a space of 1-2mm (to prevent all the weight of the door from pressing on the gear). If the structure of the gate is not suitable for fixing the rack, the fixing parts (such as angle steel, formed pipe, etc.) need to be installed first.
Tip: the simple installation method of the rack is to open the clutch device of the motor, put the rack on the transmission gear of the motor, then push the gate forward, and gradually fix the rack with screws (mark).
Note: the U-shaped hole at the bottom of the motor can adjust the gap with the door, and the U-shaped hole on the rack can adjust the gap with the motor transmission gear.
4、 Install the limit (inductive magnet)
Open the clutch device of the motor, push the gate to both ends, install the magnet support on the rack (appropriate limit position), and then fix the magnet with the magnetic surface facing the motor. The distance between the magnetic surface and the magnetic spring switch of the motor is 10-15mm. If the distance is too far, it will fail, and if the distance is too close, it will rub against the shell of the motor) and cannot be separated by magnetic conductive materials.
Note: the magnet should be installed horizontally. If it is installed vertically, the magnet will sense the limit of opening and closing the door at the same time, resulting in the failure of the motor to open and close the door.
