SS304 Machining Connector

For the material of stainless steel, we used a lot is SUS304 and SUS316, both materials has high anti-corrosion performance and applied in hydraulic industry. Annealed in the temperature range of 1850-2050 degrees, then quickly retreated fire, and make it cool quickly, 316 stainless steel cannot be hardened by overheating.

welding

316 stainless steel has good welding ability. All standard welding methods can be applied, according to different application, we can use 3160b. 316L or 309cb stainless steel filler rod or electrode for welding. In order to get the best corrosion resistance of SS316, annealing is required for welding sections after welding, while if using 316L stainless steel, annealing is not required after welding.
