ORFS Female Connector

The material of ORFS female connector is carbon steel, the surface treatment is white cr6free zinc plating to stand at least 48 hours sault spray test. Our regular packaging for ORFS female connector is mass packaging, we will display the connector well into the box, and then put the box into our standard export pallet, the dimension of the pallet is 1meter*1meter*1meter, the total volume is around 1CBM, and can stand the delivery by sea. ORFS female connector has an O-ring compressed between the flat ends. The female threaded joint is a UNF rotary nut with a flat structure, and the male threaded joint is an end face O-ring groove structure.The main advantage of the ORFS joint is that the position of the ORFS joint can be determined by directly measuring the joint face at both ends, so the length of the hose assembly using this joint is easy to determine and control.

Except flat seal, the seal of the hydraulic joint also has other types: tapered pipe thread seal, tapered surface seal, and tapered surface plus O-ring seal.
