Air Hose

As a kind of low pressure hose, the working pressure of air hose is around 300psi, which is used for oxygen or acetylene transmission, the material of air hose is synthetic rubber with one layer or two layers of fiber braiding, the standing temperature of air hose is from -40 celsius to +100 celsius.

Air hose, also known as compressed air hose, rubber duct, air belt, etc... 

Application: Widely used in mining, construction, engineering, shipbuilding, steel production and other industries to transport air, inert gas and water.

Structure: inner layer is NR and SBR synthetic rubber, the colour is black, middle reinforced layer: high-strength synthetic fiber, single-layer/double-layer fiber weaving or winding reinforcement. Cover: NR and SBR synthetic rubber, the color is black or red, yellow, blue, etc...

Performance characteristics of air hose: wear resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, high pressure bearing, soft, lightweight, good bending performance, small deformation, beautiful appearance.

Standard length: 50 meters or 100 meters per roll. 

The packaging of air hose is our standard export mass packaging, first we will wrap the hose by rolls with strong tapes, and then packed them into pallets or put them directly into the container, which depends on the detailed requirements from our customers.
