With 3/8” LPG end, we can have different option for the other side of LPG hose kit, we can make it NPT male, or also LPG side, we can open and close the valve by turning on the handle of LPG side.

LPG is the English abbreviation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas, LPG is a mixture of oil and natural gas formed under appropriate pressure and exists in a liquid state at room temperature. LPG hose kit is mainly used for conveying liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas in household gas stove system. The inner layer of the hose is black NBR synthetic rubber, the middle reinforcement layer is braided or twisted with high-strength polyester wire, the cover is NR or SBR synthetic rubber, also the outside cover can be braided cotton, the qty per roll is 50 meter or 100 meter up to the sizes, while you can decide the overall length of hose kit.

The working temperature of LPG hose kit is from -20 to +80 celsius, the working pressure is around 2Mpa, the BP is 6Mpa.

The regular packaging of LPG Hose Kit is export mass packaging, first we will assemle the O-ring and washer to our fitting, and then put the fitting into a very big plastic bag to protect our fitting from moisture and anti-oxidant to suit sea delivery, after that we will put them into the box, the last we will pile the box into pallet, we have two pallets, one is 6 side plywood pallet, the other is just one side pallet, or we will wrap the hose kit directly with plastic bag, and load rolls into the container, please find our sales team for detailed pictures.
