Before you proceed disassembly and decomposition operation, please do not forget to ascertain the pressure of the upstream and downstream pipelines of the ball valve, and then removed non-metal accessory parts, proceeding cleaning process, be careful about the cleaning agent to avoid any damage on the fittings and pipelines, then we go into next step. Use grease for lubrication. The grease should be compatible with the ball valve metal material, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium; when the working medium is gas, special 221 grease can be used. Apply a thin layer of grease to the surface of the seal mounting groove and a thin layer to the rubber seal Grease, apply a thin layer of grease to the stem sealing and friction surfaces.

During the assembly process, impurities and foreign objects such as metal chips, fibers, oil (except for regulations), dust, etc. shall not be contaminated, adhere or stay on the surface of the parts or enter the inner cavity.
