Stainless Steel 316 Fittings

Steel: with iron as the main element, the carbon content is generally less than 2%, and contains materials for other elements.  

Iron: A metallic element with atomic number 26. Iron material has strong iron magnetic, and has good plasticity and thermal conductivity.

Stainless steel: resistant to weak corrosive media such as air, steam and water.

The regular stainless steel material we used a lot is stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L and Austenitic 300 series stainless steel.

The packaging of stainless steel 316 fittings is export mass packaging, firstly we will assemle the O-ring and washer to our fitting, and then put the fitting into a very big plastic bag to protect our fitting from moisture and anti-oxidant to suit sea delivery, after that we will put them into the box, the last we will pile the box into pallet, we have two pallets, one is 6 side plywood pallet, the other is just one side pallet, please find our sales team for detailed pictures.

SST machinery use automatic CNC machines to produce stainless steel 316 fitting, our production strictly followed DIN, ANSI, ISO standard, and we attach great importance on the control of tolerances, we not only will check our goods during produciton, but also proceed finish check after we complete galvanizaiton treatment, to make sure we can provide good quality of connectors for you.
