1FG Tube Connector
One side of 1FG tube connector is ORFS male with O-ring, the other side of the tube connector is BSP male with O-ring, so there are two O-rings, please find below parameter for detailed O-ring spec. The material of the connector is carbon steel Q235 or C45, the surface treatment will be eco-envirionment Cr6free zinc plating.
The regular packaging for 1FG tube connector is bulk packaging: we will put our fittings into a big plastic bag, and then put them into the boxes, to stand long-time sea delivery, we will use plywood pallet to protect our goods, we also can proceed custom packaging, such as individual packaging for 10pcs or 20pcs in a small bag, or special boxes, just the packaing cost is higher, so if it is possible, we recommend our general export mass packaging, which is already enough to achieve good sea worthy delivery.
