As we know air quick coupler is different from hydraulic quick coupling from the following points:

1.     The application field they used is different, because the pressure they can stand is different, hydraulic couplings can stand much higher pressure than air quick coupler.

2.     Their connection thread is different, the pneumatic couplings are generally PT, NPT, or G threads, while the thread of hydraulic couplings is widely including metric threads, BSP threads, and JIC threads, etc…

3.  The structure and material is different, most of the pneumatic joints are plastic joints, while the hydraulic joints are mostly carbon steel, or stainless steel, the wall thickness and quality of the joints are higher than those of the pneumatic joints.
