Hydraulic Banjo Nipple

SST machinery provides different kinds of hydraulic banjo nipple for both high pressure applications and low pressure application, the high pressure application is used for oil transferring, the low pressure application is used for fuel transferring, the differences of production for both applications is the barb configuration, high pressure application requires longer barb than low pressure application, you can check the detailed pictures on below description part. 

This kind of hydraulic banjo nipple has to work together with banjo bolt, there are hollow banjo bolts and solid banjo bolt, while what we need here is solid banjo bolts with code number of 700M and 720B, there are two hols on the thread of the banjo bolt to work together with the inlet hole of banjo nipple.

We also provide one unit hydraulic banjo nipple with O-ring assembled, we have this kind of hydraulic banjo straight nipple and 45 degree or 90 degree elbow nipple for your choice, in addition to good performace and high reliability of banjo nipples, the biggest advantage of banjo nipple with O-ring is earlier installation.

The material of hydraulic banjo nipple is carbon steel Q235 or C45, the surface treatment is Cr6free zinc plating, our regular packaging way is mass packaging, first we will assemble thread cap to protect our fitting threads, then package them with plastic bag+box+pallet. we also provide special packaging as request, please contact our sales team for further discussion.
