NPT Brass Adapter

The 2-1/2" (63.5mm) Female NST x 2-1/2" (63.5mm) Male NPT Brass Adapter secures to fire hoses, hydrants, pipes, tubes, and pumps with one female NST end and the other male NPT end. Machined from durable polished brass, the adapter connects to two different thread types for use with mismatched fire hose fittings, relay water supply hose fittings, fire pump suction fittings, hydrants, or nozzles.
These adapters include both National Standard Threads (leak-proof with included washers) and National Pipe Threads, which are especially useful when performing mutual aid operations with another city or county that has a different thread standard, and can be easily tightened or loosened using the hex wrench boss.

Both two side of the adapter is NPT male, the material of NPT brass adapter can be H58 or H59, H60, or stainless steel. You can choose non surface treatment or make it to be nickel plating or chrome plating. The regular size is from 1/4" to 2", while we have made lots of custom brass adapters for our clients.

Except NPT brass adapter, SST machinery also makes other threads of adapters with material brass, such as JIC adapter, BSP adapter, Metric adapter, or combined either two of these threads, we also can make one end with thread and the other end with barb to be connected directly with hoses.

In order to meet both hydraulic use and pneumatic application, SST machinery provides many kinds of brass fittings, the straight ones, 45 degree or 90 degree brass elbows, three way or four way brass thread connector or barb connectors, or various kinds of quick couplings, we also can arrange our production for custom brass fittings or brass machining components according to our clients drawings or requirements.

The regular packaging of NPT brass adapter is export mass packaging, first we will assemle the O-ring and washer to our fitting, and then put the fitting into a very big plastic bag to protect our fitting from moisture and anti-oxidant to suit sea delivery, after that we will put them into the box, the last we will pile the box into pallet, we have two pallets, one is 6 side plywood pallet, the other is just one side pallet, please find our sales team for detailed pictures.

Q: How long is your lead time?

A: Generally speaking our lead time is around 30 days to 60 days for production, while if we have stock, the delivery time is around one week.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or charged?

A: We can provide samples free of charge for our stock items, while we do not afford the freight. For no stock sample, we need sample charges.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: We will proceed 100% prepayment for total amount less than $3000 dollar, and 30% down payment+70% balance payment for total amount more than $3000 dollar.
