Flare brass elbow:

The size we used a lot is 3/8" size flare brass elbow, both two ends are 45 degree flare elbow, the material is brass H58 or H59.

Genearally speaking these flare SAE 45 fittings and NPT pipe fittings meet function requirements of the following standard:

1.SAE J512 45 degree+ flare

2. SAE J513C, ASA and ARI 720-55(for all flare SAE)

3. Military std and ASTM ANSI B70-1(for all flare SAE)

4. U.S. std National Pipe thread(all "MPT"&"FPT")

The material we use for flare brass plug is brass H58 with non surface treatment, we also can offer material H59, or H60 for your choice, the surface also can be nickel plating or chrome plating, just the cost is a little higher. Our packaging for brass plug is export mass packaging, we will put all plugs into one big plastic bag and package them into box with dimension of 30*20*15cm, then put all boxes into one big pallet with a volume of around 1CBM, if you have other packaging idea, please feel free to contact our sales team.
