SST machinery provides different kinds of female brass bushing, the inner side of the bushing is female thread, outside can be metric male thread with hex nut, or total hexagon without any thread. The material of female brass fitting is brass H58 or H59, we will proceed acid washing after production, so our female brass fitting will be shiny, if you want the fitting to be more anti-corrision, we can make nickel plating or chrome plating for surface treatment.

The regular packaging of Female Brass Bushing is export mass packaging, first we will assemle the O-ring and washer to our fitting, and then put the fitting into a very big plastic bag to protect our fitting from moisture and anti-oxidant to suit sea delivery, after that we will put them into the box, the last we will pile the box into pallet, we have two pallets, one is 6 side plywood pallet, the other is just one side pallet, please find our sales team for detailed pictures.

Brass fitting can be used on both pneumatic accasions and hydraulic applications, please find below some differences between these two fields:

1. Different occasions: pneumatic fittings are used in low pressure occasions, while hydraulic joints are used in high pressure occasions.

2. There is a big difference in the connection thread methods of the two. The pneumatic joints are generally PT teeth, NPT teeth, and G threads. The threaded joints of the two hydraulic joints widely include metric threads, inch threads, and American threads.

3. In terms of material, most of the pneumatic joints are plastic joints, while the hydraulic joints are mostly carbon steel and stainless steel joints, and the wall thickness and quality of the joints are higher than those of the pneumatic joints.

4. There is a big price gap between the two, and hydraulics are much more expensive than pneumatics.
