the pre-installation of pipeline-part three

9. Pipeline cleaning In order to ensure the cleanliness of the lubrication system and supply the mechanical equipment bearings with clean grease, the pre-installed pipelines must be removed and cleaned. There are two types of cleaning: kerosene cleaning and pickling.

9.1 Kerosene cleaning objects and methods

(1) Copper pipes, stainless steel pipes;

(2) It has been pickled before pre-installation The steel pipe has no rust and iron oxide scale on the inner wall;

(3) Pipe joints soiled during pre-assembly;

(4) Remove the pipes and joints that need to be cleaned, wipe the inside of the pipe with a cloth (or loose yarn) dipped in kerosene, soak the two ends and joints in kerosene for cleaning, and then coat the pipe with oil or fill it with grease, and the two The end is sealed and ready to be installed; (5) After cleaning, there should be no visible contaminants (such as iron filings, fibrous impurities, welding slag, etc.), and special attention should be paid to the inner wall of welding slag must be thoroughly cleaned.

9.2 Pickling objects

(1) Steel pipes that have not been pickled before pre-installation;

(2) Although it has been pickled, the steel pipe is now severely corroded.

9.3 Pickling construction sequence and treatment purpose

(1) Degreasing uses a degreasing agent to remove the grease adhering to the piping;

(2) Washing with clean water to remove the dirt on the pipe;

(3) Derusting Remove rust spots, rolling iron filings, etc. on the pipe wall in the pickling solution;

(4) Washing and high-pressure water flushing Use clean water to flush the attachments generated in the above operations, and flush the inside of the pipe with high-pressure water;

(5) Neutralize the acid solution remaining on the pipe with lye solution;

(6) Drying In order to effectively dry the pipe, the pipe should be immersed in hot water or steam dried, and the pipe should be completely dry;

(7) Anti-rust;

(8) Check the pickled pipes to see if they are clean;

(9) Packaging and storage Immediately after pickling, seal the opening of the tube with plastic or plastic tape to prevent the intrusion of foreign objects and water.

9.4 Precautions for pickling

(1) The welding operation of the pipe before pickling has been completed;

(2) When dismantling, transporting and pickling, be careful not to damage the pipeline, thread and sealing surface, and seal the opening with tape or plastic pipe;

(3) Before pickling, the welding slag, spatter and varnish on the pipe should be cleaned up;

(4) Each thread part should be protected by acid-resistant materials such as plastic belts and rubber belts, or apply dry oil to the threads after degreasing and washing, and then remove rust in acid solution to prevent acid erosion;

(5) Be careful not to make the fitting mark of the tube disappear or blur during pickling.

10. Formal installation of pipelines The cleaned pipeline should be formally installed and filled with grease as soon as possible

(1) Connect all pipelines section by section according to the printed matching marks;

(2) Tighten all the pipe joints, pay attention to put the o-rings that were removed;

(3) The fixing of all piping should be firm and not loose;

(4) All oil supply pipes can be left to be filled with grease and then connected to the oil outlet of the distributor and the lubrication point.
