SSTMACHINERY is a vertically integrated manufacturer with in-house production, combining design and engineering, precision manufacturing, wholesale supply and build-to-print customization of industrial sprockets. Since its founding, the company has focused exclusively on the field of power-transmission sprockets.
The standard product range covers transmission (drive) sprockets, conveyor sprockets, custom and non-standard (build-to-print) sprockets, stainless steel sprockets, duplex and multi-strand sprockets, double-speed chain sprockets, 08B sprockets (ISO 606 / GB-T 1243 B-series), timing/synchronous sprockets, chain support rollers and gear-type sprockets. In addition, the company has developed dedicated product lines including excavator sprockets, loader drive wheels and track (crawler) sprockets.
All products are manufactured in accordance with GB/T 1243 (equivalent to ISO 606), ANSI/ASME B29.1 and ISO 606, and are supplied in single-, duplex- and multi-strand configurations. From catalogue standard parts to complex, special-profile components, the company provides complete specification coverage to meet the transmission requirements of a wide range of equipment and operating conditions.
The facility is equipped with multiple CNC machining centers, high-speed stamping presses and automated heat-treatment lines. Its engineering team consists of senior process engineers and tooling specialists with more than ten years of experience in stamping and the development of transmission components. A 13-stage closed-loop quality assurance system covers every step, from incoming raw material inspection and precision stamping to tooth-profile machining, heat-treatment strengthening and final inspection.
Raw materials include C45 (AISI 1045), 40Cr (AISI 5140), 20CrMnTi (case-hardening steel, comparable to 20MnCr5) and AISI 304 (X5CrNi18-10 / EN 1.4301). On request, the company provides surface and heat treatments including quench-and-temper (through) hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, zinc plating and black oxide coating. The resulting products combine high hardness with good toughness and offer excellent wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments such as mining sites, outdoor installations and humid conditions.
The company's core advantage lies in manufacturing precision: sprocket runout is consistently controlled within 0.05 mm, and dimensional tolerances are maintained within 0.1 mm, delivering smooth, low-noise transmission that significantly exceeds typical industry practice.
