Please find below some instructions for the application of hydraulic hose assembly:
After the two ends of hydraulic hose assembly are assembled, the hose should not be straightened, and there should be some slack. Because under the action of pressure, the length of the hose will change, and the range of change is -4% to +2%.

The bending radius of the installation and connection of the hose, whether in the natural state or in the moving state, cannot be less than the minimum bending radius specified by the hose manufacturer. And the bending radius of the hose should be away from the hose joint.

The hose should have a large bending radius when moving.

Select a suitable joint so that the bending plane of the hose is in the same plane as the direction of movement to avoid twisting.

Use pipe clamps reasonably at different bend transitions of the hose to avoid twisting the hose.

The hose should not be twisted and connected during installation. Due to the tendency of twisting and straightening under the action of high pressure, the joint nut will be loosened, and in severe cases, the hose will be broken at the strain point.

The hose should be connected with a suitable length, and the bending part should have a relatively large bending radius.

Select suitable fittings to avoid small bend radii and avoid additional stress on the hose.

Select appropriate joints, make reasonable use of installation space, and avoid using redundant hoses.

As much as possible, keep the hose away from direct contact with other objects or away from other objects to reduce friction.
