The editor of today's bearing exhibition will share with you the key points of installation, use and maintenance of cylindrical gear reducer.
1. The input shaft axis and output shaft axis of the reducer and the axis of its connecting part shall be coaxial, and the error shall not be greater than the allowable value of the coupling used.
2. After installation, the required lubricating oil must be injected into the tank oil pool, and the oil level shall be as high as the height between the upper and lower limit scribed lines specified by the oil dipstick.
3. Before the reducer is officially used, it must be rotated by hand flexibly without jamming, and then it shall be operated without load for no less than 2 hours. The operation shall be stable without impact, vibration, noise and oil leakage. Any fault shall be eliminated in time.
4. When the new reducer is used for the first time, it must be replaced with new lubricating oil after 20 days of operation. In future use, the quality of oil shall be checked regularly. If impurities or aged and deteriorated oil are found, it must be replaced at any time. At the same time, the oil level height shall be checked frequently. If it is lower than the specified height, it shall be supplemented in time. In general, the oil of the reducer working continuously for a long time must be changed once every three months. For the reducer whose working time does not exceed eight hours a day, the oil must be changed every six months.
5. When the oil temperature rises significantly, exceeds 60 ℃ or 85 ℃, and abnormal noise is generated during use, the use shall be stopped and the causes shall be checked. If it is caused by tooth surface gluing and other reasons, it must be repaired, the fault shall be eliminated, and the lubricating oil shall be replaced before use.
6. If serious oil leakage or oil leakage is found on the joint surface during use, open the machine cover and apply 601 sealant. If oil leakage is found, replace the oil seal according to the original oil seal model.
