Prevention of leakage for interlock fitting
In the hydraulic system, whether it is a metal pipe joint or a hose joint, there is a problem of easy leakage.
For interlock joints, most of the pipes are subjected to a large external force or impact force, which causes the ferrule to be loose or the end face of the pipe is deformed to cause leakage. It is in good condition and the compression degree of the ferrule nut, etc., and at the same time eliminates the external force of the pipeline. For flared pipe joints, mostly due to excessive flaring, unsatisfactory quality or repeated disassembly, resulting in leakage of flared deformation or cracks, at this time, the front end can be cut off and flared again. If the male and female cone top pressure is used for sealing, the leakage is mostly due to the damage of the two cone surfaces, and the cone surfaces can be ground with grinding sand. In some occasions where the "о" ring is sealed against the end face or the outer diameter, the reasons for the leakage are as follows: "о" ring is aging or deformed and causes leakage; "о" ring is not assembled properly, so that the two planes are connected. Leakage caused by uneven pressure or cut "о" ring.
