Precautions for the installation of high-pressure hose joints
(1) The hose cannot be bent excessively or at the root when it is moving or stationary, and it must start to bend at least 1.5 times its diameter;
(2) When the hose is moved to the extreme position, it should not be pulled too tight and should be relatively loose;
(3) Try to avoid torsional deformation of the hose;
(4) The hose should be kept away from the heat radiation components as far as possible, and a heat shield should be installed if necessary;
(5) External damage to the hose should be avoided, such as long-term friction on the surface of the same component during use;
(6) If the rubber hose is excessively deformed by its own weight, there should be a support.
